Shipping policy
1. Production and preparation of orders
Production can take between 1 and 5 business days.
This means your order may be shipped on the same day it is placed or up to 5 business days later, depending on workload.
2. Delivery times (once shipped)
Once shipped, the order usually arrives in 2–3 business days, although it may take a little longer depending on the carrier.
During periods of high demand (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), delivery may take up to 10 business days (not including production time).
3. Tracking
When your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can locate your parcel at all times.
4. Special dates (Christmas)
To ensure your order arrives before Three Kings’ Day, please place your order no later than 20 December (inclusive).
Shipping areas and rates
Mainland Spain
- FREE shipping on orders of €35 or more.
- For orders under €35, shipping has a fixed cost of €3.80.
- Carrier: Correos
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days (once shipped)
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands
We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands.
We are currently working to offer a reliable shipping method to these areas. We’re sorry and hope to be able to offer it soon.
International
We currently do not offer international shipping. For now, we only operate in mainland Spain, with the intention of expanding in the future.
