All our leather products are handmade, using natural materials which means slight variations in color, texture, or engraving may occur. These differences are not defects but unique characteristics of handcrafted goods. We strive to display product images as accurately as possible, but colors may vary due to individual screen settings.

Placing an order does not guarantee availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with alternative options or issue a refund.

4. Pricing and Payments
Prices are listed in euros and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via Shop Pay, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, and all transactions must be completed before orders are processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Currently we are fulfilling orders exclusively to Mainland Spain using trusted carriers. Shipping times vary depending on location and are estimated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, postal issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

6. Returns and Exchanges
