Production times and Shipping

Production time

All of our bracelets are engraved using a high-precision laser, the rest of the process is done by hand in our workshop. As we are a small workshop, depending on the time of year and workload, production can take between 1 and 5 working days. This means that your order may be dispatched on the same day it is placed or up to 5 working days later. Once dispatched, it usually arrives within 2–3 working days (it may take a little longer depending on the carrier).

Once sent, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can locate your parcel. During peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), delivery may take up to 10 working days (excluding production time).

At Christmas, please place your order by 20 December (inclusive) to ensure it arrives before Three Kings’ Day.

We appreciate your patience — it allows us to maintain the quality and attention to detail that define Foxe and Moone.

*At the moment we are only fullfiling orders to mainland Spain.

  • Mainland Spain

    Free shipping on orders of €35 or more.

    Flat rate of €3.80 for shipping within mainland Spain (Correos, 2–3 working days).

  • Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic and Canary Islands


    We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or the Balearic Islands at this time. We are currently working to offer a reliable shipping method to these areas. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to be able to offer it soon.

  • International

    We do not offer international shipping. For now, we operate exclusively within Spain, with the intention of expanding in the near future.
